Terms of use

These product terms describe advertised use of Eidovara Stable Alpha for Windows 10/11 x64. They are not legal advice, a lawyer letterhead, or a certification of compliance. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected. Software use is also governed by the LICENSE distributed with each release.

Website

This site provides product information, official download links, and a website helper over a fixed knowledge pack. It does not create an account, accept uploads, or process payments. The helper is not Soul and is not legal advice. Download and run the Windows software only if you are 18 or older and accept these terms.

Eligibility

Eidovara is restricted to users age 18 or older. Adult Mode additionally requires the age of majority where located, explicit enablement, and current revocable consent. Local confirmation is not independent identity or age verification. Minor or age-ambiguous sexual content, real-person/deepfake nudity, coercive, exploitative, nonconsensual, trafficking-related, and unlawful content is prohibited.

Source-available, not open source

The repository uses the Eidovara Source-Available Evaluation License. That is not an OSI open-source license and is not MIT, Apache, or GPL. Installation does not transfer ownership or grant patent or trademark rights. © 2026 Tyler Michael Bosworth. All rights reserved. Source-available; use governed by LICENSE + TERMS. Third-party stays third-party. Soul Consciousness Studios is the intended publisher name, not a formed IP-owning entity unless assigned.

Acceptable use

Do not use Eidovara for criminal activity or unauthorized access to computers, accounts, networks, or data. Do not bypass subscriptions, DRM, anti-cheat, or authentication. Built-in research uses public Wikipedia/Wikimedia only after an explicit internet, web, or online request. Application launching asks Windows to open user-selected local apps after confirmation; it does not grant third-party rights or inject into processes.

Third-party content

You are responsible for user-supplied media and apps, Wikipedia/Wikimedia licenses, official YouTube/Spotify HTTPS searches (not ripping), and Windows-installed voices. Neural TTS, VRM, MakeHuman, and OBS websocket control are not bundled. Named platforms remain their owners' marks; reference is not affiliation.

What Eidovara is not

Information produced by the software is general assistance, not legal, medical, financial, emergency, therapy, or other licensed professional advice. Soul does not claim human consciousness or sentience. Eidovara is not an Apple, Microsoft, iOS, iPhone, or Electron product and does not require licensed SF Pro fonts. Eidovara™ and Soul Consciousness Studios™ are claimed unregistered marks of Tyler Michael Bosworth.

Windows desktop, unsigned

The official advertised product is Authenticode-unsigned Windows desktop software: Eidovara-0.18.3-Windows-x64-Setup.exe (about 101.3 MiB; SHA-256 on the Download page). It is not Microsoft-certified. Linux and macOS packaging scripts are development targets, not official signed products. Premium in v0.18.3 is local-admin testing only; no live checkout or automatic paid unlock is offered. Prices in planning documents are targets only.
